This newly built 4 bedroom, hillside home with wrap-around porch is accented with French doors off master bedroom, living room, and dining room, where one can enjoy views of the ocean or mountain in every direction.
Experience being a part of this Rawlins Village community (which includes family members who are part of a traditional Nevisian string band), or simply enjoy the house's breezes and vistas and spend precious time with your friends or family.
Beaches are a 10 minute drive away. Choose Windward beach for great waves and privacy or, if you prefer calmer water, head to Pinney's or Herbert where you can sip rum drinks, eat fresh seafood and chat with locals. For those of you who like more activity, Oualie Beach offers windsurfing, mountain biking and snorkeling. Hikes up the mountain and through the rain forest can be arranged with local guides or family members. Quality restaurants can be found at nearby historic plantation inns and in Charlestown.
